Angioma is a benign blood vessel tumor that is modest in size and has a benign appearance. This is due to two key factors:

1) Age- Angiomas are most common in adults over the age of 30. The mole looks like a little convex cherry mole and is usually found on the body, arms, and shoulders in this scenario. Angiomas of this type are generated by simple changes in the skin and blood vessels that occur with age.

2) Health issues or a poor way of life. If vascular branching occurs, the angioma may be a sign of liver illness, vascular disease or hormonal failure.

Any red mole that abruptly changes in size, shape, or starts bleeding should be checked out by a doctor as soon as possible. Angiomas aren’t normally a reason to rush to the hospital, but they can be so at times.  It’s best to bring these up at your next scheduled checkup, just to be on the safe side.

Determining whether or not angiomas will reappear in the future is also important. Preventive measures include maintaining a healthy lifestyle and eating a well-balanced diet Make sure to stay hydrated by drinking juices and water and eating plenty of fresh veggies. You can maintain your skin clean and young by following these simple principles. They’ll also help you keep your body healthy.
